I have practiced law in Vermont since 1978 and have been based in Rutland since 1986. My focus is in civil litigation doing personal injury cases and professional negligence cases of all types with an emphasis on major injuries and wrongful death cases. I also have considerable expertise in construction law, having been a contractor, representing both contractors and businesses dealing with construction issues. I also have many business clients that I have developed through litigation and provide business advice and risk management advice to them as well as handle major contract negotiations for them.

Andrew grew up in Rutland County, and in 1999, graduated second in his class from Vermont Law School. After clerking for U.S. District Court Judge J. Garvan Murtha, he spent five years in Washington State, practicing at a large firm before joining the full-time faculty at Seattle University School of Law. He returned to Vermont and joined the firm in 2005. Andrew has a sophisticated litigation practice focusing on personal injury cases, business and property disputes, and criminal matters. He also manages the firm’s Brandon office where he operates a “main street” practice, assisting his neighbors with real estate transactions, estate planning, and probate matters.
