I have been practicing law in Vermont since 1998. My legal practice focus is on litigation relating to personal injury, automobile accidents, family law and workers compensation. I also have experience with construction law, school law, employment law, toxic torts, property/boundary disputes, consumer fraud, professional malpractice and commercial contract disputes. I also have a mediation practice where I act as a mediator. I take pride in providing my clients with the very best legal representation, as well as treating my clients with respect and helping them understand the legal process.
I grew up in Massachusetts, and received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania in 1993. After working for a few years doing social work, I attended law school at Northeastern University in Boston. I graduated from law school in 1998, and clerked with Magistrate Judge Jerome Niedermeier in the U.S. District Court Burlington, Vermont. I fell in love with Vermont decided to move here to stay. I started working with Bill Meub in 1999 and at Keyser Crowley, and am now a partner at Meub Associates. I have two children and live in Brandon, Vermont.
